Jorg Meissner is a partner at Morrison Foerster’s German office in Berlin. His practice focuses on M&A, private equity transactions, and general corporate and finance matters. Joerg represents strategic and financial investors in a broad range of corporate matters with a focus on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, complex joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He has also handled a significant number of distressed company acquisitions and regularly represents clients in financial transactions and debt restructurings. Joerg is recognized by leading publications, including Legal 500 EMEA and Chambers Global, with sources describing him as a “solution oriented expert”.
