Having closed some of the biggest mergers and acquisitions (M&A) deals in the firm’s history, Richard Aldridge leads Morgan Lewis’s mergers and acquisitions practice. He counsels clients in many kinds of complex business law matters, focusing on domestic and cross-border public and private company M&A and joint venture transactions. Richard regularly advises companies in industries such as technology, pharmaceutical, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing, financial services, and electric utilities .Richard routinely counsels clients in corporate governance, takeover preparedness, and obligations under securities laws, particularly in connection with the acquisitions of privately and publicly held companies, and private and public securities offerings. In addition, he serves as a counselor to privately and publicly held companies on a wide variety of general corporate matters.
