Mitsuyoshi Saito advises on a variety of matters across multiple areas of practice, encompassing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, internal investigations, labor and employment, intellectual property, commercial transactions, and dispute resolution. Mitsu works with and represents both Japan-based and internationally based clients in numerous industries and sectors, including electronics, information technology, chemistry, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. Mitsu dedicates a portion of his practice to labor and employment work that involves structuring employment arrangements (including but not limited to M&A matters) and drafting and reviewing employment agreements, work rules, and other employment-related agreements, as well as internal rules. He also represents clients in employment-related disputes, including dismissal cases.
