Mitch Dudek has spent nearly three decades representing multinational corporations, financial institutions, and funds in the structuring, financing, acquisition, and divestiture of investments throughout the greater China region. Mitch focuses on all aspects of corporate, real estate, and finance transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures of corporate structures and assets, consolidation and restructuring transactions, foreign direct investments and joint ventures, and energy projects. He is admitted to practice in Texas only. In addition, Mitch advises on real estate developments, nonperforming loan transactions, technology licensing and anti-counterfeiting, structured finance, antitrust and competition, and related corporate, intellectual property, securities, and financial transactions. Mitch’s clients span a variety of industries and sectors, including companies involved in industrial manufacturing, real estate, private equity, commercial banking, energy, automotive, internet and e-commerce, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, venture capital, food and beverage, and retail. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, Mitch speaks and writes regularly on legal matters. In addition to his undergraduate and professional degrees, he has completed additional coursework in language, business, and law at Beijing University, Fudan University, Qinghua University, the University of Hong Kong, National Taiwan University, Xiamen University, and Shanghai Normal University.
