Michel Diban concentrates his practice on corporate and commercial matters, mainly in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Diban has participated in major acquisition, sale, merger and restructuring processes of Chilean and foreign companies, in several cross-border financings, and in permanent advisory to multinational corporations and investment funds. Mr. Diban joined Morales & Besa in 2006. During 2012, he worked as a foreign associate at Lobo & de Rizzo Advogados Sao Paulo, Brazil.
