Matthew Gautier focuses his practice on debt financing transactions. His experience includes advising corporate, private equity sponsor, lender and other financial institution clients on a variety of complex secured and unsecured financing transactions, including leveraged acquisitions, investment grade and other corporate loans, refinancings, restructurings and structured loan products. Before joining Mintz, Matthew practiced as an associate in the finance group of another international law firm and worked in the banking and finance group of an international business and legal research publishing company.
