Ivan Blumenthal is a corporate and securities attorney who steers all types of deals and capital markets transactions work for underwriters, companies, and investors. He skillfully represents parties in a panoply of critical business transactions, including initial and follow-on public offerings, private investment in public equity (PIPE) transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financings. Public companies also seek his guidance on issues such as compliance and corporate governance matters and SEC disclosure requirements. Although he devotes much of his practice to the life sciences sector, his client roster also includes technology and consumer product companies. Ivan’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters, primarily for life sciences and technology companies.
