I specialise in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets, advising listed and private Australian and international clients across a range of industry and business sectors. I focus on inbound investment from Singapore. From an equity capital markets perspective, I assist Australian and international companies with their ASX IPOs and secondary capital raisings. I enjoy working closely with my clients, helping them with the process of converting complex legal issues into simple practical solutions. With the benefit of a commerce degree (majoring in finance), I understand the commercial and strategic context of the transactions from my client's perspective.
