I specialise in Mergers & Acquisitions, providing strategic advice to clients involved in private treaty transactions, public company takeovers and schemes of arrangement, special situations, joint ventures and capital partnerships. I advise clients and Boards across a broad range of corporate, commercial, governance, securities law and investment matters, and assist them in making key business decisions. I have extensive experience advising domestic and foreign clients in the Built Environment sector, with a deep focus on the Construction & Engineering, Services, Infrastructure and Leisure & Gaming industries.
