John Bona is a partner of Milbank LLP and a member the firm's Leveraged Finance Group. For almost 20 years (including seven in Hong Kong), he has advised international banks, funds and private equity sponsors on complex, high profile leveraged and acquisition finance transactions in Asia and Europe.
