Eric Reimer is a partner in the New York office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Leveraged Finance Group. Eric represents private equity firms, hedge funds, borrowers, issuers and lenders in credit facilities, front-end lending transactions, mezzanine facilities, bridge facilities, acquisition facilities, debt issuances and restructurings, including the financing of debtors in bankruptcy, ranging from investment grade syndicated financings to middle market asset based facilities to private placements, with particular experience in energy, M&A, private equity, health care, education, technology, retail, equipment and transportation. He also represents opportunity and investment funds in the distressed M&A transactions and in the acquisition and restructuring of debt and credit facilities and the ongoing general representation of portfolio companies of such funds.
