With over 25 years in the corporate world, Adam Goldblatt is a strategic partner, and someone to rely on beyond legal issues. Adam has the ability to balance real-world opportunities and offer both creative and pragmatic solutions to complex and challenging situations. He does so in a cost-effective manner with the goal of reaching successful outcomes while mitigating legal and business risks. Adam’s practice focuses on legal issues that arise from the innovative use of technology, particularly within the financial ecosystem, including banks, and the development and maintenance of products and services while navigating the complicated federal and state regulations. He often advises companies from formation, through securities offering, corporate governance matters, and regulatory matters through M&A. Adam’s entrepreneurial spirit was a product of surviving the Dot-com bubble in Seattle. Over the course of his career, Adam’s experience was formed by spending time with executives at Talyst (acquired by Swisslog), Bonobos (acquired by Wal-Mart), KittAi (acquired by Baidu), VitalHealth (acquired by Royal Philips).
