Sivan Atiram is a partner in the firm’s Banking and Finance Group. Sivan specializes in the field of banking and finance and has extensive experience in representing financial institutions, such as banks and insurance companies in a wide range of complex high-value financing transactions, including real estate financing transactions, re-organization of debts and sales of credit portfolios. Sivan also advises various banking and financial institutions in matters relating to regulatory issues. In recent years Sivan has been involved in financing transactions for the purchase of some of the largest companies in the Israeli market. Before joining Meitar, Sivan served as an assistant lecturer in criminal law at Bar-Ilan University and as chief student editor of Tel Aviv University Law Review (“Iyunei Mishpat”).
