Eyal Ben Shlush is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group. Eyal’s practice focuses on different aspects relating to corporate matters, commercial law and securities law. Eyal represents international and local technology clients across a wide range of industries, including software, cyber security, internet, media and telecommunications, insure-tech, automotive, as well as venture capital and private equity funds with an emphasis on investment transactions and M&A.
