Norman Wasse is a partner in the Frankfurt office of McDermott Will & Emery Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater LLP who advises German and international clients on various aspects of corporate law and corporate transactions, including private equity and capital markets transactions. Norman is experienced in the structure of business carve-outs in regulated industries, joint ventures, and cross-border M&A transactions involving various jurisdictions. Prior to joining McDermott Will & Emery, Norman worked for major international law firms in Frankfurt and London and in the legal department of a major German bank.
