Adrian Smith is a partner in the firm’s corporate group. He has over 20 years legal experience in both Australia and previously the United Kingdom where he was admitted and worked for a global law firm for five years in London. Prior to his role at McCullough Robertson, Adrian was a corporate partner in the Sydney office of a leading global law firm. Currently, Adrian advises clients on corporate and securities law issues, where his practice focuses on company and business acquisitions and disposals, private equity transactions, capital raisings, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and commercial transactions. Adrian advises a wide range of listed and private companies on transactional and corporate governance issues, and has a particular focus on the financial services and technology industries.
