Scott Mcconnell is one of the founding partners of McConnell Barwick LLP. Prior to helping establish McConnell Barwick LLP in 1991, Mr. McConnell was a shareholder with Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth. Mr. McConnell is a frequent and respected lecturer on general business, corporate and securities law issues.
