Bio

Curt Barwick is one of the founding partners of McConnell Barwick LLP. Prior to joining McConnell Barwick LLP in 1996, Mr. Barwick was General Counsel of DVI Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-listed company. Earlier, he served as a member of the corporate/securities department with the Newport Beach office of Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger and the Los Angeles office of a prominent Southern California firm that was acquired by the international law firm of Baker & McKenzie. Mr. Barwick is the former Co-Chair of the Corporations Committee and Vice Chair of Legislation of the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section of the California State Bar. He continues to serve as a Vice Chair of Corporations Committee and as an Advisor to the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section of the California Lawyers Association.
