Bio

Fraser Bourne is a partner in the Business Law Group in Montréal. He regularly advises strategic and financial buyers and corporate sellers in public and private mergers and acquisitions, issuers and underwriters in capital markets transactions, and public companies and financial institutions in compliance and corporate governance matters. Fraser acts for clients in a wide range of industries, including cleantech, pulp and paper and telecommunications. Fraser received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen’s University and BCL and LLB degrees from McGill University’s Faculty of Law. He was called to the Québec bar in 2006.
