Admitted to the Paris Bar, Olivier Aubouin is a partner in the Corporate & Securities practice of the Paris office. Olivier mainly focuses on mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions. He acts for private equity funds in the context of acquisitions, sales or strategic minority investments. Olivier also regularly advises key managers in similar transactions. He is also experienced in securities issues and capital markets. Olivier advises companies and private equity funds in the context of acquisition of stakes in listed or non-listed companies as well as in the monitoring of their investments. He has extensive experience in delisting transactions (Public to Private). In addition, Olivier advises French and foreign industrial companies, and particularly listed companies, on their acquisition, takeover, mergers or securities issuance transactions on capital markets. Olivier is regularly recommended by Chambers in the area of private equity. In addition to his native French, Olivier is fluent in English.
