Admitted to the Paris Bar, Erwan Heurtel is a partner in the Paris office. Erwan's practice focuses primarily on mergers & acquisitions and private equity. He represents investment funds and industrial companies and has significant experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions and real estate transactions. He is also recognized for his experience in the hospitality sector, advising major players (hotel operators, investors, developers) on hotel acquisitions. Erwan is head of the Hospitality & Leisure practice of the Paris office. He is recommended by Legal 500 and IFLR 1000 for both mergers and acquisitions and private equity. In addition to his native French, Erwan is fluent in English.
