Frances Hamilton is a partner of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. She advises on a wide variety of legal and regulatory issues facing Irish collective investment schemes and in particular, on the establishment, operation and ongoing regulation of all types of Irish collective investment schemes. She has strong expertise in UCITS regulation and significant experience in AIFs authorised under the Irish AIFMD regime.
