Andreas Haug is a partner of Maples and Calder's Fund & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. With over 20 years of legal experience, he specialises in the structuring, establishment and maintenance of private equity funds, hedge funds, closed-ended investment funds and private investment funds (HNW / family offices). He also advises on all aspects of downstream corporate and commercial law and regularly acts on joint ventures, corporate acquisitions and related due diligence. He works seamlessly with the Corporate and Finance teams and the Maples Group's international offices to achieve the most efficient and effective results for clients.
