Martin Ericsson is a partner of the firm and a long-standing member of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Commercial practice groups. Martin’s M&A practice covers a wide range of matters, in particular private acquisitions and divestments, business transfers, joint ventures and general company law matters. As a member of the Corporate Commercial practice group, Martin is also skilled across a broad area of commercial law and recurring clients include a number of Swedish household names.
