Ville Salonen is a Partner and Co-Head of Tampere at Magnusson in Finland and Chairman of Magnusson International. Ville has a wide experience of handling cross border complex commercial and transactional matters with a particular focus on the mining, real estate, tech, life science and media sectors. In addition Ville has extensive experience in both domestic and international court proceedings (international arbitration, civil courts, administrative courts, and the market court). Ville has many board positions in different industries from local to international corporations, family offices, and innovative start-ups. He is also well known for his recognized work in multi-jurisdictional legal matters in connection with risk management and strategy work. Furthermore, Ville is advising clients in employment law and sports law matters.
