James Mcgraw is a Partner at The Lynch Law Group. He represents individuals and businesses, ranging from small to mid-sized companies to large corporations and public entities, that span a range of industries, including construction, real estate, retail, hospitality, transportation, and government. Jim is a skilled advocate who pursues the interests of his clients while remaining open to resolutions that best serve their long-term financial and strategic goals. Jim has extensive experience representing clients at the federal and state trial court level, as well as handling appellate matters before the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and Superior Court of Pennsylvania. In addition, he provides clients with a full range of legal services including, day-to-day counseling on compliance matters, negotiation and collective bargaining, and drafting and review of legal documents.
