Bio

Michele works in the Corporate Finance Department in Sheffield, heads the Sheffield office and is joint head of the Education team. Michele specialises in transactional work, mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, group re-organisations (including cross border and international transactions), banking work, and refinancing. She often deals with transactions which are in different jurisdictions across the EU and has acted for a number of her clients for many years, garnering a greater understanding of both their short and long term strategic business objectives. Michele has edited the chapter on buying and selling companies/businesses for the last five editions of Kelly’s Draftsman.
