Christian Scherfig advises Danish and international Private Equity players, financial institutions and service and industrial companies within M&A, capital markets and company law. Christian is particularly strong in the sectors Health Care, Tech, FinTech, Food and Media. Christian acts in a number of boards, i.a. he has for several years been chairman of the Radio and Television Board, vice chairman of the board of TV2 Danmark A/S and a member of the board of the Danish Growth Fund. Today, Christian acts in the board of e.g. Movinn A/S, DCR Solutions A/S, Citrusmedia A/S, Dansk Medie Invest A/S, P. M. Daells Fond and P. M. Daells Invest. In addition, Christian has over the years acted in a number of government-appointed committees, and today he is member of the Danish Business Advisory Committee and the FinTech group. Christian therefore has extensive experience in working in a political field.
