Michel Van Agt focuses on Dutch corporate law and related notarial law. He advises multinationals, listed companies and investors on the full range of corporate transactions, including IPOs, (cross-border) M&A and private equity transactions. Michel worked at our London office for more than two years (2015-2017) and subsequently gained relevant experience during his secondment to Latham & Watkins LLP in London.
