Bio

Giuseppe Coco joined Ughi e Nunziante in 2004 and became a partner in 2015 and carries out his activity mainly at the Milan office. He assists multinational companies, industrial groups and Italian and foreign SMEs in the fields of M&A, private equity, commercial and corporate law, in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and in related disputes. After graduating with honors in 2001 at the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, Giuseppe obtained a doctorate in corporate law with a thesis on the protection of the buyer in the purchase and sale of shareholdings. He holds a teaching contract in private law at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, with which he has been collaborating for over twelve years. Giuseppe has been a member of the Bar since 2004. He is a member of the International Bar Association and is the author of numerous publications in Italian and foreign magazines. He is fluent in Italian, English and French.
