Massimo Erede specialises in employment law and provides both consultancy regarding out-of-court matters as well as in relation to litigation. He assists Italian and foreign companies in employment law and industrial relations matters, including agency contracts. He has gained significant experience in managing labor law issues connected to extraordinary corporate and private equity transactions, in restructuring operations and redundancy of personnel.
