Annalisa Esposito has a significant experience in the corporate and commercial law area with a particular emphasis on private M&A, private equity deals. She regularly assists Italian and international clients in domestic and cross-border extraordinary transactions as well as in the day-by-day corporate matters and commercial contracts. In the last years, she has gained significant experience in the area of real estate assisting Italian and international clients in the structuring and negotiation of sophisticated real estate transactions, including student and social housing transactions. She previously worked at the Rome offices of Carnelutti and Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners.
