Grégory Chastagnol concentrates in business restructuring, labor management relations, employment practice audits, hiring, performance management and termination. He represents and advises some 50 companies in a wide variety of sectors including business tourism, business and financial consulting and risk management, auto manufacturing and services, engineering, social housing, construction materials, security systems, large-scale retail and the agri-food industry, among many others. Grégory also the leading advisor for a number of public companies and institutions, as well as state-run agencies. A member of the bar since 2003, Grégory represents his clients before all types of French courts, including in litigation procedures. He manages some 250 cases, including group litigation concerning interpretation of company or industry-level collective bargaining agreements and focusing in particular on issues of wage adjustments, strike pickets, payroll tax reassessments, business transfers, discrimination and workplace harassment. Grégory regularly pens in-depth articles for major French and international legal publications (Wolters Kluwers, EFL, etc.). He also shares his experience as a speaker at frequent conferences and training programs organized by top educational and training institutions, including the French École Nationale Supérieure de la Sécurité Sociale.
