He is a corporate and commercial law specialist, experienced in international and domestic M&A transactions, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and mergers both in the financial institutions and in the private equity sectors. Pietro has a wealth of experience having worked on M&A transactions in Italy, advising foreign clients investing or divesting in Italian companies.
