Michael is a corporate partner who advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters around the world, with a focus on the Consumer sector and the Infrastructure sector. His main areas of practice include public and private M&A, corporate restructurings and joint ventures. Michael is the Global Co-Head of Linklaters’ Consumer Sector and has enormous experience advising clients across this sector, including consumer brand businesses, supermarkets, retailers, ecommerce, luxury goods and alcoholic beverages.
