Bio

Julia represents clients in complex domestic and international dispute resolution including litigation, international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution in the context of a range of contentious matters. She has extensive experience in competition litigation as well as post-M&A and corporate disputes (including D&O liability, joint venture disputes and shareholder claims). Further core areas are contractual disputes as well as drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts, dispute resolution clauses and general terms and conditions. Julia advises a broad range of German and international clients especially from the automotive, banks, consumer, industrials and tech sectors, and works closely with the firm’s Corporate, Competition, Banking, Tax and Insolvency practices in cross-office, multidisciplinary teams. She is part of the firm’s ESG team and member of the German Innovation Committee.
