Francisco Ferraz de Carvalho is a partner in Linklaters’ Global Energy and Infrastructure Group and is based in the Lisbon office. Francisco’s practice focuses in banking, project finance and structured products, especially in energy and infrastructure, where he has advised sponsors, lenders and public authorities. He also has considerable experience in banking, general finance and capital markets. Over the last years, Francisco has concentrated his experience in Lusophone Africa, notably Mozambique, Angola and Cape Verde.
