Ryan Rubin is the Administrative partner in the Cleveland office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Corporate Practice. Ryan is a proven trial attorney representing corporations and individuals in complex disputes involving a wide range of matters. His experience spans federal and state courts around the country. Ryan acts as outside general counsel and/or coordinating counsel for litigation involving both small and large publicly traded companies, as well as, trial counsel in multiple jurisdictions. In addition to his litigation management and trial experience, he has participated in more than 100 mediations, numerous arguments in courts of appeals, arbitrations, and completed over 1,000 depositions. Ryan has represented a broad spectrum of clients in a variety of industries, with an emphasis on business litigation, medical negligence, long-term care, professional liability, contract claims, class action, product liability, environmental, and claims involving catastrophic injuries. Martindale-Hubbell has awarded him its highest attorney rating, AV-Preeminent®. From 2012 - 2017, Ohio Super Lawyers® identified him as a Rising Star, given to 2.5% of attorneys under 40. Beginning in 2017, Super Lawyers recognized him as a Super Lawyer, an award received by about 5% of attorneys with more than 10 years of practice. Locally, Ryan was selected as a Fellow of the Cleveland Bar Association. In the community, Ryan was recently re-elected to a 4 year term as Councilman for Bentleyville, Ohio.
