Bio

A founding partner of the firm, Walter practices in the areas of civil, commercial, real estate, energy and bankruptcy law. He often advises on specific issues such as civil liability, unfair competition and enforcement of judgments. In almost twenty years of practising, he has significant experience in all types of litigation, both before the courts and in arbitration. He is qualified to practice before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation and other higher courts. Prior to founding LegisLAB, he worked with leading Milan law firms in positions of responsibility and management of the litigation department.
