Isabella advises both companies and individuals. The experience gained with companies from a wide range of sectors enables her to provide them with specific expertise in both out-of-court and in-court matters, such as the management of contractual disputes, debt and credit management and settlement agreements. She assists private clients in civil law, family and juvenile law, debt recovery, damages and civil liability. She also advises them on issues relating to leases and condominiums, protection of property and rights in rem, and in cases of assisted negotiation. Before founding LegisLab with other colleagues in 2016, she practised law in her own firm for many years before setting up the professional association Secci & Medda in 2010 and the mediation organisation InMediaRe in 2012. She is a member of the Turin Bar Association and a member of the special register of attorneys qualified to practice before higher courts. A qualified professional mediator at the CIM training centre, she has lectured on constitutional law, labour law and equal opportunities in collaboration with “Immaginazione e Lavoro“.
