Bio

Davide supervises the labour law services – both out-of-court and consultancy – offered mainly to companies and organised in teams with his colleagues and associates. His extensive experience enables him to assist clients in a broad range of matters relating to the labour market, industrial relations and business, including: human resources management, all contractual aspects relating to any form of employment, interpretation and drafting of company collective agreements and collective agreements at company and territorial level, trade union consultation and conciliation procedures at the dispute resolution committees before the Territorial Labour Inspectorate and related arbitration proceedings, procedures for the relocation of companies and business units, collective redundancy, applications to the extraordinary redundancy fund (i.e., CIGS), management of relations with executives. He also advises on labour law matters in the management of court and arbitration cases and – in relation to advice to private individuals – assists and supervises all types of claims. Davide arrived at co-founding LegisLAB as a result of the understanding and common vision he held with Isabella Secci, which began in 2010 with the professional association of Secci & Medda. In 2012, together with other partners, he set up the mediation organisation InMediaRe, also working as a professional mediator (a qualification obtained at the CIM training centre). Previously, he was a partner in the law firm of Musy Bianco e Associati in Turin, an associate in the law firm of Agnoli Bernardi e Associati and an outside collaborator of Praxi S.p.A. (a training and consultancy company), lecturing on the responsibility of the sector health professional, as well as on mobbing and equal opportunities in the workplace. A member of the Turin Bar Association, he obtained a second-level university Master’s Degree for corporate lawyers by attending the S.A.A. (Scuola di Amministrazione Aziendale, School of Business Administration), at the University of Turin.
