Theodore Roper advises clients on corporate and commercial law, M&A transactions, and international legal matters. He has a depth of experience counseling clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances, as well as commercial contracts and corporate governance matters. Ted primarily focuses his practice on representing Japanese businesses, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals regarding legal issues in the U.S. He also utilizes his extensive cross-border transactional experience to assist Japanese clients regarding their business operations in Canada, China, England, France, Mexico, the Philippines, and Thailand. In addition, Ted often serves as general business counsel in both day-to-day legal matters and strategic transactions for his clients. He has experience counseling clients on immigration law, including visa applications for executives and managers of multi-national corporations.
