Bio

Yi Jun Chang is a partner at Lee & Ko. He primarily practices in the areas of M&A, Corporate Governance and foreign Joint Ventures. Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2013, Mr. Chang served as Advocate Officer in the Korean Navy. Mr. Chang received his LL.B from the Seoul National University, College of Law in 2007. In 2010, he was admitted to the Korean Bar and completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. After joining Lee & Ko, he is practicing regarding M&A, Corporate Governance and other corporate issues. He has especially focused his practice on re-structuring of corporates in conglomerates through mergers, spin-offs, comprehensive exchanges of shares, asset/business transfers as well as share transfers.
