Since joining Lee & Ko in 2011, Kyung Min Son has specialized in TMT related laws and regulations such as licensing, interconnection and privacy protection issues, representing domestic and international telecommunication companies, media companies, and financial institutions. Mr. SON's expertise also extends to M&A transactions, including share purchases, asset purchases, and other corporate matters.
