Bio

Noah Carr is a partner in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins Gaikokuho Joint Enterprise. Mr. Carr advises clients on acquisitions, investments, venture capital financings, and strategic transactions in the financial, technology, and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Carr worked at a leading international law firm in Tokyo and Hong Kong. He is admitted to the New York bar and registered in Japan as a Gaikokuho-Jimu-Bengoshi (Registered Foreign Lawyer, New York Law).
