Nathan Davis advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies on complex mergers and acquisitions and other transactions, as well as general corporate matters. Mr. Davis’ experience encompasses notable mandates on behalf of some of the world’s leading private equity firms, including Vista Equity Partners, Oaktree Capital Management, Arsenal Capital Partners, Bain Capital Private Equity, and TA Associates. Mr. Davis is currently a member of the firm’s Diversity Leadership Committee.
