Ethan Schultz guides clients in acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, financings, and other corporate and commercial transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Schultz represents strategic and financial investors, independent power producers, project developers, public utilities and financial institutions across a wide range of asset classes, with a particular focus on renewable energy and cleantech infrastructure. He draws on extensive transactional experience in the energy space to help clients efficiently achieve their commercial objectives. While in law school, Mr. Schultz served as Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Before that, he worked as a financial analyst for Enron and Project GRAD USA, a nonprofit focused on improving public education.
