Dirk Kocher advises corporations, private equity firms, and strategic investors on public transactions, restructurings, and shareholder issues. Drawing on an exceptional understanding of German stock corporation law, he regularly advises boards on complex transactions as well as the compliance issues and shareholder disputes that may arise from such transactions. Mr. Kocher formerly served as vice chairman of the board of the Finnish-German Trade Association in Hamburg and is a lecturer at Bucerius Law School. He regularly publishes and speaks on corporate and capital markets’ law issues.
