Amy Beckingham is Vice Chair of the firm’s Global Corporate Department and a member of the Private Equity Practice. Ms. Beckingham specializes in public and private M&A and joint ventures, acting for private equity and other financial investor clients on transactions throughout Asia, across a wide range of industry sectors. She also advises sponsors and emerging companies on venture capital financings across the region. She has also advised private equity clients on their IPO exits in a number of jurisdictions across Asia. Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Beckingham worked in the Hong Kong and London offices of a Magic Circle law firm for more than 10 years. During that period, she spent time on secondment to the M&A team of Ferrovial in Madrid and in the infrastructure team at 3i in London.
