During her 12 year career in practice, Amy, an Associate Solicitor with the firm, has built a vast amount of experience in all aspects of property transactions and landlord and tenant work. As a member of the firm’s agricultural team, Amy advises on a variety of matters including sales and purchases of farms, farm land and farmhouse dwellings, bank security and agricultural tenancies (including Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies and Farm Business Tenancies). She also advises land owners on promotion and option agreements for potential development, helping her Clients plan for the future and maximise their business opportunities. Detailed oriented and methodical, Amy is noted for her timely and commercial attitude to matters as well as her approachability. Her ability to drive through a deal is valued by clients and agents alike.
